PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive halogen lamp while utilizing characteristics of tungsten with rhenium. SOLUTION: A tungsten filament 12 having a light emitting part 121 and a non-light emitting part 122 locally in the longitudinal direction and inert gas are sealed in a quartz glass bulb 11 having sealing parts 131, 132 at both ends, and external lead-in wires 151, 152 connected to the filament 12 are lead out of the sealing parts 131, 132 to structure the halogen lamp L1. A rhenium tungsten filament 22 having a light emitting part 221 and a non-light emitting part 222 locally in a longitudinal direction and inert gas are sealed in a quartz glass bulb 21 having sealing parts 231, 232 at both ends, and external lead-in wires 251, 252 connected to the filament 22 is lead out of the sealing parts 231, 232 to structure the halogen lamp L2.
