PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil supply device designed so that relatively large diameter soil is prevented from being disproportionately stored at a local spot in a soil supply hopper. SOLUTION: The soil supply device 18 is structured as follows: the soil S is charged through a discharge port 62 to the upper opening 12a of a soil supply hopper 12 structured so that the soil S is supplied through the upper opening 12a, contemporarily stored in its inside part and taken out through a lower opening 12b; an impeller 20 having a rotary axis 21 extending in a width direction of the discharge port 62, and a plurality of blade plates 22 radially set up around the outer periphery of the rotary axis 21 so as to extend in an axis length direction of the rotary axis 21, is freely rotatably pivoted on the outlet side of the discharge port 62; and the soil S discharged through the discharge port 62 is dispersed by the rotating impeller 20.
