PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an imaging condition of a camera by using a detection score when detecting a face of an object imaged by a camera of a slave unit. SOLUTION: The face of an object included in pictures imaged by cameras 10a, 10b of slave units 1a, 1b is detected; whether the face is present in a predetermined detection area is determined by a face detection/position determination part 22 of a master unit 2; a detection score of the face determined to be present in the predetermined detection area is calculated by a score calculation/determination part 26; and whether the detection score is high is determined. Control parts 27, 13a, 13b change the imaging condition of the camera until the high score is determined by the score calculation/determination part, and stores, in storage parts 12a, 12b, the imaging condition at the high score calculated by the score calculation/determination part as an optimum imaging condition.
