PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving simulating device which is safe and can be used at driving schools and in car development to provide more real driving experience and has simple mechanism with little failure. SOLUTION: The device includes: a roller base 22 carrying a plurality of rollers 21 following to axial rotation of wheels F, R to rotate a lifting mechanism 23 which allows the roller base 22 to be lifted up and down; a rotating mechanism 24 which horizontally rotate, clockwise or counterclockwise, the roller base 22 on which the front wheel F is placed; a vehicle speed detector 25 which detects speed of a real vehicle J; a vehicle rotation detector 26 which detects the amount of horizontal rotation of the roller base 22; a display 27 which displays screens of virtual roads; and a controller 28 which causes the display 27 to display the screens of the virtual roads changing in accordance with speed and the amount of horizontal rotation, calculates the inclination of the virtual road, and allows the lifting mechanism 23 to lift up and down the roller base 22 to adjust the attitude of the real vehicle J in accordance with the calculated inclination.
