PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a sensor preventing a sensor failure caused by an influence of an external environment, detecting accurately a working load for a long period, performing easily wiring processing of a signal cable, assembly of the sensor, and mounting of a protection cover or its sealing means, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: This bearing includes rolling elements interposed between rolling surfaces 3, 4 of an outer member 1 and an inner member 2. A flange 1a for mounting a vehicle body is provided on the outer periphery of a fixing side member between the outer member 1 and the inner member 2. A plurality of sensor units 20 for load detection are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fixing side member, and the sensor units 20 are covered with a cylindrical protection cover 29 enclosing the outer periphery of the fixing side member. The inboard side end of the protection cover 29 is fitted with an outer diameter surface of the fixing side member flange 1a, and a lip part 35 comprising a circular elastic body provided along an opening edge of the outboard side end of the protection cover 29 is allowed to abut on the outer peripheral surface of the fixing side member or on the surface of a rotation side member between the outer member 1 and the inner member 2.
