PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To customize and present standard treatment policy and procedures matched with the state of a patient. SOLUTION: A definition table read part 33 reads a treatment policy/procedure definition table, a disease contraindicated treatment definition table and a disease-reference image definition table for each disease respectively from various kinds of storage parts 21-23. An inspection result data read part 34 reads CAD result data, medical image data, biochemical examination data and oral consultation data respectively from various kinds of storage parts 24-26. On the basis of the treatment policy/procedure definition table, the disease contraindicated treatment definition table and the disease-reference image definition table, and the CAD result data, the biochemical examination data and the oral consultation data from a system control part 32, a check list preparation part 35 prepares a check list including the treatment policy and procedure for each disease and the medical image data, which is customized to match the state of a patient.
