PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and reasonably perform aseismatic reinforcement even for a columnar concrete member having a wall-like cross section considerably long in the longitudinal direction by winding steel plates therearound. SOLUTION: This aseismatic reinforcing panel 1 includes a steel reinforcing panel 3 and steel connection panels 4 configured so as to be able to wind around the periphery of a RC wall 2 having a rectangular cross section. The reinforcing panel 3 includes reinforcing panel pieces 3a disposed on the shorter sides, respectively, and a total of four reinforcing panel pieces 3b disposed, two each, on the longer sides. The connection panel 4 is configured so as to be able to join the reinforcing panel pieces 3b, 3b and the reinforcing panel pieces 3a, 3b horizontally adjacent to each other, respectively. The curved parts 22, 22 of the reinforcing panel piece 3a which are disposed on the side surfaces of the RC wall 2 in the longitudinal direction, the reinforcing panel piece 3b, and the connection panels 4 are configured so that the entire horizontal cross section thereof forms a convex curved cross section while these pieces are joined to each other.
