PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call attention to a responder and to notify the third person of a scam telephone call by detecting that an incoming call is a scam telephone call. SOLUTION: This scam telephone call detection and report system includes a PBX 101 to which a telephone set 107 for responding to an incoming call from a telephone set 106 is connected through a public telephone network 105, and a communication system 103 connected to the PBX 101 to provide a third person speech communication state including its own communication system when the telephone set 107 used by the responder responds to the incoming call from the telephone set 106 used by a caller through the public telephone network 105. The communication system 103 recognizes and analyzes voice during the speech communication, detects whether risky keywords registered beforehand are included in conversation of the speech communication, authenticates the caller by the voiceprint of the caller and a password inputted by the caller when the risky keywords registered beforehand are included in the conversation of the speech communication, and makes the responder listen to a voice that calls attention to the fact that the present speech communication has the risk possibly being a scam when it can not authenticate the caller.
