MANUFACTURE METHOD FOR POLYMER ELECTROLYTE OF DYE SENSITIZED SOLARCELL BY INSTANT POLYMERIZATION

<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a polymer electrolyte of dye sensitized solar-cell by instant polymerization are provided to implement a polymerized electrolyte having the each advantage of a solid electrolyte and liquid electrolyte by doping PEGMEMA and an initiator solution on the platinum coated FTO glass. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method for a polymer electrolyte of dye sensitized solar-cell by instant polymerization, an electrolyte is manufactured by using iodide(ST1). A polymer is polymerized by using PEGMEMA(ST2). A PEGMEMA and an initiator solution are doped on a platinum coated FTO glass are polymerized instantly(ST3). The electrolyte is doped on the polymerized surface and is absorbed therein. The surface of the electrolyte is pressured and dried to form solid electrolyte(ST4).</p>
