PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film solar battery module and the thin film solar battery module are provided to prevent disconnection or short-circuit of a device and minimize a patterning process to reduce the size of a dead zone, thereby manufacturing a module with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film is patterned on a part where a first electrode of a transparent substrate is formed by laser scribing. A photoelectric transformation layer, an optical conductive layer, and a rear electrode are laminated. A part where a second electrode is formed is patterned by laser scribing. The first and second electrodes face each other. Photoelectric cells are divided by patterning. The outermost rim of the substrate is edge-isolated.
