PURPOSE: A titanium pipe expanding method is provided to fix a tube sheet of a heat exchanger or steam generator. CONSTITUTION: A titanium pipe expanding method comprises next steps. A current value of a pipe expander is determined about a desire tubular rate after a preliminary specimen is heated and expanded(T31). The pipe expander is prepared to be inspected. The preliminary specimen, having same dimension and component as a titanium pipe has, is prepared. The preliminary specimen is preheated and to enhance the plastic limitation. The cleaned titanium pipe is preheated(T32). The titanium pipe is expanded by the pipe expander using a determined current value(T33).
