PURPOSE: A conductive connection member having a probe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify an entire assembling process by fixing a first conducting member having a fine probe at a second conducting member. CONSTITUTION: A probe is provided on an upper end of a first conducting member by performing a MEMS(Microelectromechanical Systems). The first conducting member is formed with a conductive metal. A second conducting member includes a connection part into which the first conducting member is inserted. The second conducting member is formed with the conductive metal. The first conducting member is inserted into the connection part of the second conducting member. The first conducting member is fixed to the second conducting member by modifying a part of the second conducting member.
