PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head having little differences of discharge characteristics depending on sites of piezoelectric actuators and a recording apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The liquid discharge head includes: a liquid discharge hole face to which a plurality of liquid discharge holes are opened; a flat plate-like flow path member 4 having a liquid pressurizing room face on which the plurality of liquid pressurizing rooms respectively connected with thr plurality of the liquid discharge holes are opened; a flat plate-like piezoelectric actuators laminated on the liquid pressurizing room face to cover the plurality of the liquid pressurizing rooms; a signal transmitting part for driving the piezoelectric actuators and transmitting a signal; a connecting face with a recessed part in which the piezoelectric actuators are stored; a reservoir flow path; a reservoir flow path member 40 having a through-hole 49 which is penetrated through upward from the connecting face and through which the signal transmitting part passes and in which the connecting face is laminated on the liquid pressurizing room face. The liquid discharge head and the joining part of the flow path member 4 and the reservoir flow path member 40 surround the circumference of the piezoelectric actuators.
