<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved battery pack which can improve a position shifting phenomenon of a battery module. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a plurality of laminated battery modules, and at least one of the battery modules includes a plurality of battery cells, and a housing.
