<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll stamper in which mountability of a sleeve to a mandrel is favorable and rattling of the sleeve is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The roll stamper 1 has the mandrel 10, and the sleeve 40 detachably attached to an outer circumference of the mandrel 10 toward a proximal end from a distal end of the mandrel 10, and transfers fine irregular structure formed on the outer circumferential surface 50 of the sleeve 40 onto a body to be transferred. In the mandrel 10, an outer diameter of the part (a large diameter part 22, a flange part 24) corresponding to openings (a large diameter opening 46, a flange receiving part 48) of the sleeve 40 at the proximal end of the mandrel 10, is set larger than the outer diameter of the part (a small diameter part 18) corresponding to the opening (a small diameter opening 42) of the sleeve at the distal end of the mandrel 10. A gap between the sleeve 40 and mandrel 10 is made wider at the sleeve intermediate part 44 between the openings of both ends of the sleeve 40 than a gap at the openings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
