<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a surge voltage caused by switching operation of a power-converting module, in a laminated bus-bar assembly connected to the power-converting module. <P>SOLUTION: The bus-bar assembly (1) includes an insulator (4) clamped by platy first and second bus bars (2, 3).
