DEVELOPING DEVICE, PROCESS CARTRIDGE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which can prevent generation of an abnormal image such as blurring and density degradation even when the image forming of a significantly different winning rate of the toner continues in the lateral direction (main scanning direction) of the image.

SOLUTION: The developing device 31 includes: a developer carrier 32; a supply roller 33 for supplying toner to the developer carrier 32; a rotation stirring member 60 for stirring and mixing the replenished toner into the remaining toner; and an exchangeable replenishing vessel 35. A toner amount regulating member 70 which can level off a part of much toner deposited so that the state of eliminating the deviation is obtained for the toner circulating in a state where the deviation occurs in the consumption ratio of toner in the main scanning direction is arranged under the upper end H1 of a rotation region of a rotation stirring member 60 near the rotation stirring member 60.
