<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation control device and an elevator operation control method capable of improving user-friendliness of an elevator by effectively preventing extreme elongation of waiting time of a user waiting in a hall. <P>SOLUTION: A registered order of hall calls is stored, and a landing is stored as a passed story when the landing input with a hall call is passed without stopping of a car.
