PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate the setting of data and operations of applications in accordance with a management guideline of an accounting company.

SOLUTION: A program control system for an accounting company includes a company information table for storing company information that serves as the management guideline of the accounting company, a client application data table for storing the setting contents of application data of each client of the accounting company as client data, a client information control unit 12 for exerting control to change the setting of the application data so as to coincide with the company information when the client information of a client to be processed in the use of an application is acquired from the client application data table, and the acquired client information is different from the corresponding company information stored in the company information table, and a common operation control unit 13 for exerting control so as to forcibly execute a common operation according to the operation content of the company information.
