<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounting an ornament which eliminates the possibility of coming off personal belongings such as a shoe from loosening or contact thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The device for mounting an ornament has a cylindrical shape having holes 14 and 34 formed in both ends which the shaft of an ornament having a shaft penetrates, and stores a receiving member 20 in which a bore 22 corresponding to the holes 14 and 34 are formed.
