PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection tank for a vacuum cleaner, which is capable of securing the sealing property in an outlet closed by a lid while suppressing the impairment of the operability in closing the lid in a structure of opening/closing the outlet for discharging dust by the lid, and to provide the vacuum cleaner including the dust collection tank. SOLUTION: Dust can be stored within a tank body 60 of the dust collection tank 5, and dust can be discharged from an outlet 66 formed in the tank body 60. The lid 61 is turnable around one end relative to the tank body 60 as the one end (shaft 79) is connected to the tank body 60, and the outlet 66 is opened/closed by the turning. The gap between the lid 61 closing the outlet 66 and the edge of the outlet 66 in the tank body 60 is closed by a first seal member 78. The one end of the lid 61 is movable along the direction opposed to the lid 61 closing the outlet 66 and the outlet 66 while connected to the tank body 60. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
