PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform cutting on the processed part of a workpiece, and to make the processed part of the workpiece a uniform machined surface. SOLUTION: In a cutting device, milling cutters 26, 33 are attached to a turnably supported arm 15, a rotation mechanism part of a workpiece W is provided in an optional position on the turning locus of the arm 15, an angle sensor 18 detecting an angle in which the arm 15 turns from a standby position S to the workpiece W is attached to the turning fulcrum of the arm 15, and a control means is provided, which reduces the rotational speed of the workpiece W when the angleθ1 is small and increases the rotational speed of the workpiece W when the angleθ1 is large under the condition where cutting blades 26a, 33a of the milling cutters 26, 33 abut on the processed part of the workpiece W.
