PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tag that is easy to write in information and easy to use, that has superior drawing characteristic with aqueous ink through excellent affinity with the aqueous ink, and that is hard to peel from any object to which the tag is adhered. SOLUTION: There is provided the adhesive tag, wherein an adhesive layer (B) consisting of a re-adhesive and re-peelable adhesive is applied and formed at least on a part of one side of a base material sheet (A) composed of polyester film or biaxially stretched polypropylene film, and a writing layer (C) is applied and formed on the other side of the base material sheet (A). The writing layer (C) is composed of a composition containing at least a pigment (a), hydrophilic resin (b), calcium carbonate (c) with the average grain size of 0.3-10μm, and silica particles (d) with the average grain size of 1-10μm and a fine pore capacity of 150-350 ml/100 g.
