PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily performing confirmation by using a composite machine and changing-over processing in the composite machine in response to the contents by generating print data with respect to disapproved facsimile data when facsimile transmission is disapproved with respect to the facsimile data to which an approval request is performed. SOLUTION: The input of approval information of facsimile transmission of facsimile transmission data or disapproval information including a disapproval reason is received. When the approval information is received, the facsimile transmission data are transmitted. When the disapproval information is received, first print data corresponding to a transmitter is generated in response to the disapproved facsimile transmission data. When the transmitter logs into an image forming apparatus, it is determined whether the disapproval reason included in the disapproval information of the generated first print data is the disapproval reason to be retransmittable through the use of the stored facsimile transmission data.
