PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent thermoplastic resin composition for providing a molded product with excellent designability without emission of scattered light even in the case light is directed thereto while maintaining the transparency and improving the impact resistance. SOLUTION: The transparent thermoplastic resin composition includes 1×10<SP>-7</SP>to 1×10<SP>-4</SP>pts.mass of (D) a dye for emitting fluorescence of 500 to 750 nm having an absorption region of 350 to 600 nm with respect to 100 pts.mass of a thermosetting resin composition including 50 to 99.5 mass% of (A) a thermosetting resin of a 85% or higher transmittance, and 0.5 to 50 mass% of at least one selected from the group consisting of (B) an organic polymer having a 0.01 or less refractive index difference with respect to (A) the thermosetting resin and (C) an inorganic filler having a 0.01 or less refractive index difference with respect to (A) the thermosetting resin.
