PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening reversely folding device of a simple structure for reversely folding a carton after opening this carton. SOLUTION: During the process in which a carton 1 folded flat in a stacking section 6 is moved near a guide face 14a while being sucked by a sucking section 11, a second panel of the carton 1 receives a reaction force from a guide face 14a. The third panel of the opened carton 1 receives a reaction force from the guide face 14a, thereby the carton 1 is reversely folded. After the reverse folding of the carton 1, it is further curved backward while being folded flat, thereby forming a crease along which the carton 1 is folded. Accordingly, by disposing the guide face 14a corresponding to a movement trajectory 13 for the sucking section 11 in course of transferring the carton 1 from the stacking section 6 to carton conveying means 15 by use of transfer means 7, the carton 1 is beautifully opened at a high speed such that the carton 1 is reversely folded and then curved backward while being folded flat.
