PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a conventional loudspeaker system, a system for isolating sound to outside is made complicate and large in scale, resulting in high cost, due to large restriction of arrangement and a structure of a sound isolating and absorbing object etc. or materials etc. from viewpoint of indoor acoustic environment. SOLUTION: Sound reflecting boards are arranged around loudspeakers surrounding a listener. In comparison with sound reached to the listener from the board, it is configured such that sound reached to the listener via each section which is outside of the reflecting board in a room, may become negligible. By combining space which is acoustically independent from outside, and a sound proof wall arranged so as to directly surround the independent space, the sound proof loudspeaker system achieving compatibility between excellent acoustic space and high sound proof effect, is obtained with less operation and cost than those of the conventional system.
