PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seal member from being damaged by press fitting into a bearing sleeve. SOLUTION: A weld line W formed by injection molding of a seal member 9 is formed in a circumferential position which allows avoiding the deepest portions P of axial grooves 9b20, which form thin portions thereof. (Optimally, the weld line is formed in a region of the cylindrical surfaces 9b21 between the axial grooves 9b20 in the circumferential direction.) By this means, formation of a section with extremely low strength in the seal member 9 can be avoided, and damage due to press fitting can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
