The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising the following in a cosmetically acceptable medium, namely: a compound that can be obtained from a reaction between an OH or COOH functionalised wax and a junction group that can establish hydrogen bonds with one or more partner junction groups, said junction group comprising at least one unit having formula (I) or (II). The invention also relates to a cosmetic treatment method using said compounds.
