<p>A method for ensuring the quality of service of Internet Protocol Television live broadcast service is provided by the embodiment of the invention, which includes: detecting a live broadcast message received from an original multicast group (100); when having detected said live broadcast message has a fault or loss, joining the multicast group corresponded with a delay multicast stream sent by a retransmission server, and receiving a delay retransmission message from said delay multicast stream (102); recovering said live broadcast message according to received said delay retransmission message (104). Correspondingly, a terminal and retransmission server are provided. Once having detected an original message has a fault or loss, the terminal can directly receive the message for recovery from a delay message stream transmitted by the retransmission server without needing to send a Negative Acknowledgement (NACK) message to the retransmission server for requesting retransmission data, so that it can avoid a NACK storm, simplify the process of the retransmission server and improve the efficiency of retransmission.</p> |
