PURPOSE: A jig for fixing a grinding material with a rotation unit is provided to automatically and precisely control the rotation speed and rotation angle of a rotary motor by connecting the rotary motor to a control PC. CONSTITUTION: A jig(101) for fixing a grinding material with a rotation unit comprises a housing(1), a rotary member(2), a cap(3), a chuck operating member(4), and a rotary motor mounting plate(5). The housing has a tightening pipe and a bearing. The rotary member passes through the housing and is rotated. The cap is integrally installed in the front of the rotary member. The chuck operating member is fixed to the inner side of the cap through a fixing bolt and operates multiple chucks(41). The rotary motor mounting plate is installed in the side of the housing. A rotary motor connected to a control PC(51) is installed in the rotary motor mounting plate. A rotary pulley(21) of the rotary member is connected to an operating pulley(54) of the rotary motor through a belt(53). |
