PURPOSE: A data transmitter and a flat plate display device using the same are provided to stably adjust the amplitude of a differential signal by removing an option pin and a variable resistor to control the amplitude of the low voltage differential signal. CONSTITUTION: In a data transmitter and a flat plate display device using the same, a current generator(14) comprises constant current sources which are connected in parallel with each other and a plurality of switches. The plural switches are operated individually according to a predetermined digital current adjusting signal, and the current generator adds current which are supplied through a turn-on switch. A current amplifier(16) amplifies the current from the current generator. A line drive generates low voltage differential signal corresponding to input data using a constant current such as amplification current.
