PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing colorectal cancer prognosis is provided to simply select high-risk group of cancer metastasis and cancer prognosis. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing colorectal cancer prognosis contains an antibody which specifically recognizes defensin-5. The kit also contains an antibody which specifically recognizes ROD1(regulator of differentiation 1) protein. The kit further contains a secondary antibody conjugate which is conjugated with a labeled marker, a chromogenic substrate solution which is color-reactive, a washing solution, and an enzyme reaction stopping solution.
