PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow measuring device for receiving signals required for measurement, without being affected by unwanted signals. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flow measuring device includes a channel 4; a pair of transceivers 5, 6 disposed upstream and downstream of the channel 4 and transmit or receive sound waves; a measurement means 1 for measuring the propagation times of ultrasonic signals between the transceivers 5, 6; a flow calculation means 12 of calculating a flow rate of fluid, according to the sound-wave propagation time; and a reflector 14, provided opposite to transmission/reception surfaces of the transceivers 5, 6. The transceivers 5, 6 are disposed on the side of the channel 4 and are disposed so that the direction of ultrasonic waves transmitted from the transceiver 5 is changed by 90 degrees of the reflector 14; the ultrasonic waves propagate through a fluid to be measured, and are received by the transceiver 6, after the direction of the ultrasonic waves is changed again by 90 degrees by the reflector 14. A reflecting surface 15 for eliminating unwanted ultrasonic waves is disposed in a route from the channel 4 via the transceivers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
