PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent information leakage caused by peeping while suppressing reduction in the browsing property of information.

SOLUTION: An information display device including at least a display part and a storage part for storing display information and browsing restriction information in which a browsing restriction part in the display information is described are stored, further includes: a determination part for determining whether the browsing restriction part is included in a page to be displayed on the basis of the browsing restriction information and whether the other person other than the user of the information display device (or the other person other than a person having browsing authority to the browsing restriction part) is present in the vicinity of the information display device; and a display control part which when the browsing restriction part is included in the page to be displayed in the display of the display information on the display part and the other person (or the other person other than a person having browsing authority to the browsing restriction part) is present in the vicinity of the information display device, changes a display form to a form in which at least the browsing restriction part can not be easily viewed.
