<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container overturning prevention device capable of positively preventing overturning even if a container during conveyance collides into a forward container, and capable of easily taking out a stored container when the container is stored on a conveying passage. <P>SOLUTION: The container overturning prevention device 20 includes a multiplicity of container supporting units 21 disposed at predetermined intervals along a conveying path of defective bottles B. Each container supporting unit 21 includes a strut 22 erected on a movable base 32, an elastically deformable rubber support plate 23 having a base end screwed to the strut 22 and a tip side obliquely projecting into the conveying path of the defective bottles B while a tip forms an angle of 45 degrees with respect to a conveying direction of the defective bottles B so as to face a downstream side of the conveying direction of the defective bottles B, and a metal deformation regulating plate 24 screwed to the strut 22 along with the support plate 23 while overlapping the support plate 23 and regulating elastic deformation of base end sides of respective support plates 23 toward a conveying path side of the defective bottles B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
