<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a galvanized steel sheet having excellent press formability. <P>SOLUTION: The surface of the steel sheet is provided with an organic-inorganic composite film that has an average film thickness of 0.10-2.0μm and contains an organic resin and a crystalline layered material. The organic-inorganic composite film contains not less than 0.5 pt.wt. of the crystalline layered material, as a solid content, relative to 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the organic resin. Examples of the crystalline layered material may include a layered double hydroxide represented by [M<SP>2+</SP><SB>1-X</SB>M<SP>3+</SP><SB>X</SB>(OH)<SB>2</SB>][A<SP>n-</SP>]<SB>x/n</SB>zH<SB>2</SB>O. It is preferable that the M<SP>2+</SP>represents one or more of Mg<SP>2+</SP>, Ca<SP>2+</SP>, Fe<SP>2+</SP>, Ni<SP>2+</SP>and Zn<SP>2+</SP>, the M<SP>3+</SP>represents one or more of Al<SP>3+</SP>, Fe<SP>3+</SP>and Cr<SP>3+</SP>and the A<SP>n-</SP>represents one or more of OH<SP>-</SP>, CO<SB>3</SB><SP>2-</SP>, Cl<SP>-</SP>and (SO<SB>4</SB>)<SP>2-</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
