<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery control device for a content delivery system, capable of appropriating a partial content to be delivered by each delivery source node in data delivery such that partial contents are distributed and arranged in a plurality of delivery source nodes while allowing duplicative holding thereof with a large indefinite number of delivery destination nodes. <P>SOLUTION: A content delivery determination graph is composed of a pseudo delivery source node Va; n pieces of partial content nodes Vb each of which virtually holds partial contents cp distributed and arranged in each delivery source node Ns one by one; delivery source corresponding nodes Vc1, Vc2, ..., which transfer the partial contents cp delivered from each partial content node Vb to delivery destinations in conformation to each delivery source node Ns1, Ns2, ...; and a delivery destination corresponding node Vd which corresponds to a delivery destination node Nd.
