PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable switch to a flow passage corresponding to various types of operation modes for ventilation and air conditioning, reduce facility cost and enhance efficiency of a facility in collaboration with an air conditioning facility. SOLUTION: This flow passage switching device 1 includes: a casing 3 having a communication port 4 with the air conditioning facility, a communication port 5 with an indoor side, a communication port 6 with a window upper part on the indoor side and a communication port 7 with outside air; and a switching body 8 freely turnably provided within the casing 3 and switching a flow passage of air made to flow within the casing 3. The flow passage switching device 1 can be switched by switching of the switching body 8 to a circulation air conditioning mode for communicating the window upper part communication port 6 with the air conditioning facility communication port 4 to supply indoor air in the window upper part to the air conditioning facility, a ventilation air conditioning mode for communicating the outside air communication port 7 with the air conditioning facility communication port 4 to supply outside air to the air conditioning facility and a natural ventilation mode for communicating the outside air communication port 7, the indoor communication port 5 and the window upper part communication port 6 with each other to supply outside air to the indoor side.
