PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for treatment for treating a chronic demyelinating neuropathy (eg., CIDP). SOLUTION: The invention relates to the use of IFN-βtherapeutic for preparing pharmaceuticals for therapy of a chronic demyelinating motor neuropathy, wherein the IFN-βtherapeutic is administered through a non-subcutaneous parenteral route and the chronic demyelinating motor neuropathy is the chronic inflammatory demyelinating neuropathy (CIDP), and the IFN-βtherapeutic comprises a matured IFN-βand deletes a first methionine.
