PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a molding for vehicle which is capable of preventing any dent of the molding for vehicle, and mounting the molding for vehicle with the small pushing pressure. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, a roof molding 10 is mounted on a groove part 4 by fixing a fixing clip 20 to an inner surface side of a roof molding 10, and locking the fixing clip 20 to a vehicle body side locking part 5 erected from the groove part 4 of a vehicle body panel. The fixing clip 20 includes a clip body 21 arranged on an inner surface of the roof molding 10 via a space d1, a pair of clip side locking parts 22 provided on the clip body 21 to lock the roof molding 10 to the vehicle body side locking part 5, and a pair of blade parts 25 which are projected toward the inner surface of the roof molding 10 from the clip body 21 and deflected by the pressure from the roof molding 10 side.
