摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring two-dimensional vector magnetism capable of suppressing a change of magnetic characteristics of a sample due to hole drilling or removal of an insulation film by dispensing with hole drilling for the sample and winding of an enamel wire for a hole, removing the insulation film accompanying measurement of magnetic flux density and dispensing with load management of a probe. SOLUTION: The device for measuring the two-dimensional vector magnetism has a sensor base, a vacuum section table, a negative pressure generating means, four probes with screws, and two coils. Respective two probes of two sets of measuring parts are connected to a voltage detection part with two pieces of wiring on the edge face of the sensor base. The edge face of the sensor base has four holes forming spiral grooves screwed with the screws. Springs are stored in each hole, base parts of each probe are inserted in each hole, and each probe biases the springs so that needle edges may be projected from each hole. A suction recess part formed on the suction face of the vacuum suction table with the negative pressure generation device is depressurized to adsorb the sample so as to perform magnetic measurement.
