PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a protruding portion, through which a switch rod passes, of a rail steel nose-movable rail from being separated from the rail. SOLUTION: A pair of portions 30 and 30 to be mounted is provided protrusively downward at an interval on the bottom surface of the rail steel nose-movable rail 3 for a nose-movable crossing of a turnout for a railroad by forging. A protrusively provided steel piece 31 is welded to each portion 30 to be mounted. An abutting plate 4 is bonded to the protrusively provided steel piece 31, each portion 30 to be mounted, and an antinode portion 3b of the rail steel nose-movable rail 3.
