The arrangement has a retroreflective structure (7) provided at side edges of a set of reflectors, where the retroreflective structure is provided with a set of retroreflective elements e.g. full-cube triples, pyramidal triples or reflex balls, lying adjacent to each other. A non-retroreflective portion (8) is arranged at the side edges of the reflectors that are not provided with the retroreflective structure. The non-retroreflective portion is partially covered with another set of retroreflective elements by a retroreflective layer e.g. IMOS IRF6000(RTM: reflex film).
