METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING INSTANT MESSAGING CONTROL

The present invention discloses a method for implementing instant messaging(IM) control, wherein the method is implemented based on the network with subscriber identifier and locator separation architecture. The method includes: an IM account registration process, in which an instant messaging management center(IMMC), according to the global blacklist using the unique access identifier(AID) in the whole network of an IM end as the identity, controls the process of an instant messaging server(IMS) registering an IM account. The present invention further discloses a system for implementing IM control, an IMS and an IMMC. The method and system in the present invention utilize the superiority of the subscriber identifier and locator separation network(SILSN), to directly control all accounts of a subscriber in the whole network on the basis that the AID is unique in the whole network, and thus the IM utilization in illegal activities can be effectively controlled from the source.
