REGENERATOR

PURPOSE: A regenerator is provided to prevent a spherical heat storage body from being separated from a lower screen due to damage to the lower screen. CONSTITUTION: A regenerator(100) comprises an upper passage(110), a lower passage(120), and a heat storage body(130). The upper passage supplies air to a burner or receives exhaust gas from the burner. The lower passage supplies air to the heat storage body or exhausts exhaust gas passing through the heat storage body. The heat storage body is arranged between the upper and lower passages and comprises spherical heat storage bodies(133) and honeycomb-shaped heat storage bodies(135). The honeycomb-shaped heat storage bodies are arranged under the spherical heat storage bodies.
