FUNCTIONAL OPTICAL FILM

PURPOSE: A functional optical film is provided to have superior anti-static electricity function and control sheet wrinkle phenomenon of the functional optical film, and decrease the inferiority in the manufacture process including reliability evaluation a lot. CONSTITUTION: The base film includes a first anti-static electricity layer; and a functional layer. The first anti-static electrricity layer is formed on one side of the base film(100). The functional layer(120) is formed on the anti-static electricity layer(110). The second sheet wrinkle preventing layer is formed between the first anti-static electricity layer and the functional layer.
