PURPOSE: A spandex fiber with excellent chlorine resistance including phosphorus antioxidant and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to present original property of matter of a polyurethane polymer by manufacturing spandex containing inorganic antichlorine material in the phosphorus antioxidant and application phase. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane polymer includes 0.1 - 5% weight of phosphorus antioxidant and 0.1 - 10% weight of inorganic antichlorine material. The phosphorus antioxidant is selected from a group consisting of tetrakis (2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) 4,4'-biphenyl diphospho night, tris (2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) phosphate and tris (3-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) phosphate. The inorganic antichlorine material is selected from a group consisting of aliphatic alcohol, fatty acid, fatty acid salt, aliphatic ester, phosphoric ester, styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer and their derivative, silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent, polyorganosiloxane, polyorganohydrogensiloxane and melamine based compound. |
