PURPOSE: A heat exchanging device of an electric boiler is provided to make the optimal heat exchange between water flowing between a heating pipe and a heater and the heater. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanging device of an electric boiler consists of a water tank(30), an injection pipe(40), a pump(50), a plurality of heating units(60) and a recovering pipe(70). The pump is installed on the injection pipe. The heating units are communicated with the injection pipe. The heating units consists of a plurality of heating pipes(61), a connecting pipe(64), and a heater(65). The heating pipes arranged in series. The connecting pipe is formed on one side of the heating pipe. The heating rod of the heater is arranged in the heating pipe. The recovering pipe collects water heat-exchanged by the heating unit and sends it to the water tank.
