PURPOSE: A substrate for preventing a bio film from becoming formed and a method of manufacturing the substrate are provided to prevent contamination and corrosion due to microorganism by fundamentally preventing a bio film from becoming formed on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A substrate for preventing a bio film from becoming formed comprises a substrate, a plurality grooves and a porous structure. The grooves are formed on the top of the substrate. The porous structure is formed on the upper front and the grooves of the substrate. The porous structure has a diameter of 0.1μm~5μm, an interval of 0.1μm~1μm a depth of 1μm~1000μm.
